The graphics engineers at Codemasters have done a tremendous job with the Ego engine. I suppose having an engine dedicated to driving games, and supporting three franchises allows for a pretty wide spread of R&D resources. GRID is indeed gorgeous, like all Codemasters games. And yeah, woulds love to see Codemasters take a shot at the open world driving genres. Forza Horizon has no competition, and if someone could truly challenge them, it's gotta be Codemasters.
