Despite heavy transportation strikes in Paris, we still had a great turn out for Felures et Lumiere, the show i recently organized for the Charity A Chance for Happines.
The set up was a community effort with many of the artists present.
Here is sculptor Patrice Hubert seting up his 3 meter kinetic metal butterfly
and the charming artist Yasmine Weiss, opening her treasures...
Artist Michel Bassot with Joaquim's large Minotaur in the background
and the show began!
Many artists besides Patrice and Yasmine were present et voila, a selection of artists in front of their work. Starting with: Paul Toupet
Martina Hoffmann
Alain Margotton
Jade Ansell
Boris Indrikov
Michel Bassot
Emma Watkinson repping her painting Kali with dancer Maggie Boogaart
Myself with television political commentator Rosalyne Febvre
and to fill in the gaps (no photos of artist in front of their work) let's add Delphyne V
Luis Tamani
Marcus Mcallister (translating for Haralad)
and not to forget: Stuart Griggs, Pascal Ferry, David Heskin and Aloria Weaver who are seen here with other artists and Harald Atzmann from A Chance for Happiness in the forefront:
The uber talented musician Didier Malherbe played on the last day
Going to finish off the pix with this photo of the lovely Aloria Weaver having a squishy cheek hug with me. The beauties in the background are from Alain Margotton.
