I agree with your claims...most of the games are not really as interesting as it is being portrayed,the only motivation is the fact that you earn by playing. But how interesting and awesome would it be when developers really come up games with awesome and nice features...then getting paid will not only be the motivation,pleasure and fun will be part of the drive too. I believe this will also affect the system positively.
