Sorry if I haven't posted in awhile.
My computer was running just fine until the latest Windows 10 update. The display resolution was very poor and stretched. I was unable to update the display driver which was Microsoft Basic Display Driver dated 6/20/2006!!!! Before the change it was ATI Radeon HD 4200.
It turns out that if your graphics/game card driver is no longer being updated due to it being outdated then Windows installs their own.
Well I had no choice but to install a new graphics card. Luckily my son had his old one, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti, in his closet.
The one that came with the computer is built in with the motherboard so we couldn't physically remove it. Windows 10 disabled it anyways and installed their Microsoft Basic Display Driver. So all we had to do after installing the new graphics card was to update the new display driver.
Now my computer runs like new!
