This was taken at Cebu City Library/Rizal Memorial Library and Museum located at Osmeña Boulevard, Cebu City, near the Fuente Circle last June 9, 2018.
I was walking my way towards the Cebu City Library to study when I decided to pause and take a picture of the building. Good thing I always have my smartphone in my bag. I love how I captured this photo. <3
