ICOs not enough... Why ?

Briefly I would like to analysis the meaning and purpose of ICO/ICOs..

Many people have this general ideology when ever they hear ICOs, that it is a platform that promote legitimacy crypto, that has caused so much folks to believe and lost big in the ICO or any coin that claims they are "ICOs" - Must Know,

ICO - known as Initial Coin Offering is a campaigning platform for raising funds for the founder's of a project(crypto) to complete, improve or establish the purpose of such crypto existence within a specified period of time to actualize enough funds and or more to complete the ongoing projects, including attentions in the crypto-market..

ICOs are much concern about there Shares, Compensations and successful ICO's (meeting the pioneers budget/funds for further project and seeking attentions of potential investors )

ICOs are different from crowdfunding, or IPOs because the get attentions of massive buyers many times depending on how many coin the platform offered in there campaigns, why ?. Because Buyer's or investor's are motivated by prospective return they would get, mostly within a short-term after the ICO period, while fewer keep them for long period based on there perspectives.

ICO's are non governmental nor Regulated by financial authorities as the SEC - Security Exchange Commission...

Never be misled by crypto's because of it ICO's campaign... Because they never are concerned about the legitimacy as there purpose is basically on campaigns and meeting crypto pioneers budget/target for upcoming expenditure's.

It is not enough and it isn't compulsory a cryptocurrency pass through the ICO's before it can be real... There are lists of genuine Cryptos that are legit today without the ICO's...
Why? Because there pioneers had the marketing capacity and enough funds to complete there projects to a remarkable stages it could sustain itself.

Same way there are legit crypto's with poor funding and marketing capacity, this are the basic reasons they go into ICO's, but so far we have majority of non- legitimate crypto than the legit once...

Many non-legit crypto's promoted by the ICO's get dumped immediately after the campaigns and fundraising, with which many folks fall victim of there scams and money laundries...

Yes they lost, because they refused to take other relevant fact about the crypto before investing on them, they lost because they got decided by the campaigning methods and had forgotten the purpose of the ICO's, they lost because they refer ICO's has a crypto endorsement and had believed in what ever coin they offer without the knowledge of the company's duties, purpose and disclaimer backed-up with legal authorities against been sued for money laundries activites...
