Just applied some updates to the mining pool i announced earlier this week. (https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@lexicon/my-latest-creation-cpu-mining-pool)
The update comprises of some performance enhancing tweaks where i consolidated external API calls.
Also managed to get 2FA half implemented (registration currently works) still need to write the code so it asks users for this info on login.
The Final update this week was to include a PoW Captcha on the login form. this is done to make it a lot harder for someone to write a script to brute force passwords. as their computer would also need to do 256 hashes each guess.
The new 2FA setup is straight forward. added a button on the top right
on the 2FA registration screen if a barcode isn't displayed you will need to click submit.
