This code helps you to reset your wordpress password when you forget it.

You can upload the reset.php file via any ftp programme. Here is the reset file

When you download the file you can upload the file by dragging and dropping the file into your wordpress under the public html folder.
After uploading, to open password reset page go to for example yoursite.com/reset.php.
It works in a screen like below.
In this screen enter your wordpress username and new password then click reset button. When your password changed you will take a message like below.
