Hello everyone!!!
I hope so you all are doing well 馃榾
We all are living on the same planet as a human being but we're not equal. We're different from each other, some will see you as a perspective of your gender and some will see you as your role, status or power youvein your life. Having power isn't an issue but actually use of that power in wrong way's is not a good thing.

Power changes people!!!
I see it in my life when a person holds a power his behavior start to change with the people he's surrounding. He thinks that he's the only Great man and we've to obey his rule which he implement in the institute, society or in any home. Sometimes a powerful person become so selfish that he never think about other, as he only see the thing with his point of view and he doesn't want to listen other as he'll say it's my shame to listen those who has not power.
Male dominant society!
I'm living in Asia and the country is Pakistan and our society is male dominant society like people will judge you as your gender, some people believe you're a girl, you can't do some things in life which only male could do that. Everyone has to obey the orders of male which is dominant in their house's, he could be Dad, grandfather and husband. I saw many people suffer just because of this male dominant society.
I know some people will come here especially if a Pakistani will read my post and will criticize me that you're wrong, girls start to get a standard in society as girls start to hold power. But believe me if she's a daughter she could have power but if she's daughter-in-law then she has to suffer because she doesn't even right to speak. Although women's suffers but no one even noticed.
Power of our Principal!
As you know i gotta admission and start to study a course, last week it was our fifth lecture with that Mam, and being a teacher I know the pain that when you're continually takes lectures then at the end your energy drained and you feel low. Teacher was taking our fifth lecture and we noticed that she's tired from speaking and continually speaking. She asked one of the girl from class and she fetch her a glass of water from the staff room as she needs water.
It is okay, because she's a teacher and respected person but that girl who went to fetch a glass of water returned empty hands with a message that principal said asked your teacher to come here and drink water by her own. Seriously man??? You're a principal and you don't know the status and respect of a teacher. You can say in other ways too like next time your teacher has to come here to drink water.
Then my friend was having a water bottle and i asked to our teacher, we've a water bottle if you want to drink water you can. Teacher drink water from our bottle and i see the reaction like how she needs it. I know there are some discipline and manner's but if it's for the first time you could say don't do this next time. Seriously that's my most recent wrong use of power like if you've authority you forget the respect of other's and you start to think only you're the Boss.
Final thoughts!!!
In my opinion, every person should be equal not in offices or institute but at least in your home every person should be equal and have equal Rights to give opinion and we're failed in this because we give power to only one person. Believe me that's why we're standing back and more suffering are just because of wrong use of power.
That's all for today and it's my entry in this week hive learner contest in #hl-exclusive for the topic of #hl-w239e1.
