Nowadays everyone is using social media, some are very active there and some aren't so active as they just Love to scroll hehe people like me only love to scroll and stay in touch with the world. As the social media is a place where we can live according to our own way , we add people which we love to add there's no force to add all.
As the social media is a place which gives us the freedom of speech, we could speak what we want in the way of follow and comment. If our work place or our company, it doesn't matter you're a student or a employee in a company asked from you for your social media accounts just to check them what you're posting isn't good thing.
However in some companies, they asked from employee for their social media but they're like to keep a connection with employees because many things also have to do on social media but that's never the reason to give them social media accounts because they want to check what we post there. But this is like a connection with the employee team. We've to give our personal contact information like our Whatsapp number and our email to send and receive information but that was never to keep an eye on us.
What we post on social media is totally of our personal life or our personal thoughts, obviously a student or a employee is totally different at the social media because in the institute he has some rules to follow and has some limit. Although on social media we also have rules but not that way strict rules. And we publish our thoughts there. While some really don't want to be published their thoughts even on the social media.
In recent months, this incident happened in my sister's university that some boy's upload the funny meme about teacher's on Instagram and those videos and memes goes viral. And somehow principal also know about the News and those meme were in a bad way. Next day principal invited those boys in the office and she insisted to delete that Instagram account and delete those posts also she struck of those boy's. Well that's another case because they published something wrong about the teacher's and it's a respected way.
Any institute in which you're working or studying doesn't have right to check your personal life on social media while if you're posting something about that institute is another case and they also know about it by some and how but to check our personal life or personal thoughts ain't a good thing. And that's not how our life works.
