i posted about this on noise.cash the other day, as i believe there is some developer overlap between this project and SmartBCH, a EVM compatible sidechain for Bitcoin Cash.

if that is the case, not only do they have CoinEx (and ViaBTC) backing, but an additional 1000 BCH in funding and support from BCH developers, for what that's worth. they received these funds in mid-March, before the recent market peak, which would have almost tripled the fund value.

so i think it's going to do just fine.
