If Bankman bribed the DNC for 20 million in order to not prosecute him for stealing 10 billion funds, certainly a group 100,000 of private citizens can do a similar thing look the other way when it comes to withholding tax money. Wouldn't it be worth it for that number of people if they could bribe $200 each?
