Whereas my total POB power has increased, as a proportion of total stake in existence has dropped. This should not surprise anyone as the POB has been distributed to more and more people as the community grows. Users can delegate Brain power to the curators who pick good posts to vote on and thus automate how the reward is distributed to others. The one who delegates doesn't get any reward for that except to see people rewarded according to how the curator votes.
