The internal market has no fees but the "volume" is low. This means there might be too few buying at or near the market price and a centralized exchange might actually be better.

The Hive-keychain extension allows a two clicks for payments. No copying and pasting the username and memo. Click, confirm, done. I don't know whether Hive signer does this too but it wouldn't surprise me.
