Even though looks very charming and elegant, dandilions flower to many of us are known as a weed. Dandelions flower actually look very bright in orange color. Once the flower has fully grown then it is time for it to grow into white puff that has seed in it. The wind helps in scattering the seeds along a long distance thereby taking a root at a new place. I bet many of you have blown away these white puffs of dandelion in a childhood.
People used to believe that if you make a wish while blowing these white puffs with your mouth, then wishes will come true. Though considered a daunting task for gardeners to remove these flowers, they are often considered as a flower with some health benefits and are mainly used in controlling sugar and pressure level. Here in our country, people often have dandelion in their salad as its leaves, flowers and even roots are all edible.
