In the place where I live and in most part of my country, chir pine is found in abundance here. The forest forms a source of livelihood for many people here as they are primarily used for timber and fuelwood. Resin that is used as an adhesive and also in arts crafts, manufacturing, in medicine, is also extracted from the pine trees. These trees have started to fade away as of now due to the coming winter season. But still the pine forest looks so beautiful. This place is still my favorite place to go for a running and walking.
People are turning this beautiful forest into a shit of garbage piles. It seems like people coming here and doing such things has no brain. If they have, they would have known the consequences of their action. Ever since, Nepal Army opened this forest and made those walking trail to the general public, more people come here to gather, picnic and do party. It has became difficult for me to find a place to rest and relax for a while here.
