I really feel blessed after so many years, returning back to my village-to my ancestral home. These photos were clicked along the way. Would be sharing the photos of my village in the next post. The journey was very pleasureful watching those green terraces, forests and river. It looks beautiful even without any modernisation. Houses are built along the fields and almost 100% of people living have their own land to grow crops. Majority of people's occupation is agriculture around here and around 5% are involved in services sector. Last time I visited was during 2019- 3 years back. Before 2015, the houses were made of cow dung covered with tin in the roof but the earthquake destroyed almost all villages and people shifted to building houses with plaster or cement. Everything is very fresh around here: the vegetables, fruits and drinking water.
