I was very lucky this time to get to see the most beautiful butterflies which are known as Pansy butterflies. Just like Pansy flowers which can be grown into many different varieties of strikingly beautiful colors and allows gardeners a wide range of beautiful color in their garden, the same goes for this type of butterflies. Pansy butterflies also include many beautiful colored butterflies. The blue pansy is actually considered to be the most gorgeous and elegant butterflies. It is not quite found like other pansy butterflies.
The bushes of Lantana flowers are very common around my houses as these are invasive plants and can cover wide space within few times if not handled properly. The first one and second is known as Lemon Pansy butterfly and the last one is Peacock Pansy butterfly. These butterflies seem to love sucking nectar from Lantana camara. The vivid features is the eye shaped spot. Another term for this is oculus. It is used as a means of protection from their predators by warning them it can be particularly dangerous.
