Use the same “!ACE Stats” commands as other agents

1. Also, SURGE yield issues are being resolved now
2. ACE yield just went out for the first time. We sent it to ALL holders and will enable staking once we’re fully confident in our new full hive node
3. RWA yield is being fixed alongside surge
