I have many times witnessed cats getting into bags or even small boxes in the videos in the internet. Recently my bag had a chance to experience the same in action while I was visiting a friend.
This sparked my thinking process. Since we live up north in Russia and cats are believed to come from South, my quick hypothesis was that by getting into a bag cats had a chance to go with the travellers who were settling farther and farther to the north. Oh well, who would be able to pull such a cute creature out of the bag - people took them along the way to the new northern homes.

p.s. Ever since then when other cats see this bag they try to mess around and smell it thoroughly. Noone peed in so far though.
