Everyone knows such fabulous concepts as living and dead water. Many tales told about the existence of such water. The living water could revive, and the dead can kill. And fairy-tale heroes often resorted to her help. Brothers Grimm even owns a fairy tale with the same name "Living Water

"... and the old man said to them: "I know one more remedy - living water; If he drinks that water, it will be healthy, but the trouble is that it is difficult to find it. " (quote from the tale "Living Water!"). And there are a lot of such fairy tales and they are present at all nations.
European peoples, as a rule, do not in any way designate a folklore tale, using for its definition in a variety of words. There are only two European languages that have created special words for this notion: Russian and German. In Latin, the word "fairy tale" is transmitted through fabula. But this word means not only a fairy tale, but also: conversation, gossip, subject of conversation, etc., as well as a story, including a fairy tale and a fable. In the sense of "fable" it passed into German (German Fabel). In German, the fairy tale is denoted by the word Märchen. The root Mar- means "news", "news", -chen - a diminutive suffix. Thus, Märchen is a "small, interesting story". This word occurs from the 13th century and gradually became fixed in the meaning of "fairy tale"
And people say: "A fairy tale is a lie, but in it a hint to good fellows is a lesson." I can not tell a lie or not, as for me everything in the world is invented by man, and has no true basis. But, what simply did not describe anything, as they say: There is no smoke, no fire, and the existence of living water, people knowingly told their stories.
Let's return in our time, in which only children believe in fairy tales, and adults create science and great discoveries and try to explain from the scientific point of view what is living and dead water.
In fact, such water exists both alive and dead. Of course, it will not revive, our life is not a fairy tale, but it has a healing effect. And such water can be found in natural sources: ponds, wells or streams ...
I think it is not difficult to assume that living water has opposite properties or an effect on living flesh, in relation to dead water, but that the water that is water is the same. What is going on with water, that it has such an amazing and different impact.
It is well known that rainwater has a special property of purity of purification by disinfecting air, killing bacteria and viruses. There are cases of using rainwater for washing hair, which become soft and silky. Not all water has such properties, all because on the ground there are practically no places with a virgin nature. The atmosphere is heavily polluted, and drops of water falling from a height and falling to the ground can not only have useful properties, but also carry various pollution from the atmosphere. But such water can be obtained independently, if you tame the lightning and use it to convert water. To get such water, it is necessary to produce an electric explosion in water by analogy with the lightning discharge in rainy weather. It is certainly not known who this idea belongs to, but I liked the ideas put forward by LA. Yutkin was a Soviet engineer.
The first reports on electrical discharges and the accompanying effects were made by Robert Boyle (1694), Benjamin Franklin (1751), Joseph Priestley (1766) Lichtenberg Georg Christian (1777).
Lev Yutkin was engaged in the development of equipment for electrospark punching, which was the next step after the opening of electric arc welding. In 1938, engineer LA Yutkin showed that a series of spark discharges generates formative hydraulic shocks. Beginning this year and practically until his death, L. Utkin carried out studies of a high-voltage electric discharge in a liquid medium. But as it often happens, we wanted to get one, but we found something completely different. A method of electrohydraulic action on a liquid was found, which in principle differed from the electric spark discharge.
What effect does the electrohydraulic discharge of certain parameters have on the liquid medium.
- There is no thermal effect on the object, the liquid practically does not heat up when the temperature in the center of the discharge reaches 40000C.
- A mechanical effect on the medium arises perpendicular to the discharge.
- Cavitation phenomena appear.
In essence, the electro-hydraulic effect is the conversion of electrical energy into mechanical energy without the aid of mechanical links with high efficiency. It has been experimentally established that, depending on the stress direction, it is possible to obtain water with predominant oxidative properties and vice versa with reducing waters. If anyone has not guessed the oxidative water in fact and is dead water. Because it has bactericidal properties. It is generally accepted that the activation of oxidation processes in the tissues of organisms takes place in avitaminosis, with chronic emotional stress, with cardiovascular pathology, with aging, affecting the action of exogenous chemical agents (poisoning with alcohol, nicotine, etc.), and physical factors cold, fever, radiation damage, etc.), and many other pathological processes. Restoring properties of water, make water alive. Water with reducing properties according to physicians and biologists, has improved bioenergetic, metabolic and immunostimulating properties. This provides favorable conditions for the development of microorganisms and plants. With the regular use of such water, the condition of internal organs, skin, mucous membranes and human hair improves. The development of the normal microflora of the human body is stimulated, and as a result, the negative consequences of dysbacteriosis decrease.

If we summarize the above, we can draw the following conclusions. Dead water, has oxidative properties. These properties of water have the ability to destroy bacteria and viruses. Moreover, such processes arise in our body, when there is avitaminosis, with chronic emotional stress, cardiovascular pathology, aging and other causes. Naturally, if a person with a healthy body will drink such water constantly, it can do him harm, as the fairy tale teaches us. But this kind of water helps to quickly heal wounds on the surface of the body or when rinsing the mouth. In this case, there will be no harm, but only benefit from taking a bath with dead water. Living water is a reductant, and in fact is an assistant and contributes to the development of biological objects. Therefore, drinking such water will be beneficial to man. Of course, it does not revive, but it will have a life-giving effect.
In conclusion, I will give a scheme for obtaining such water. To do this, you need an installation capable of producing an electro-hydraulic shock in liquids and electrodes connected in a certain way. If the minimum electrode is a positive electrode, the water in the gap between the electrodes will have oxidative properties and, conversely, vice versa. The barrier is needed to ensure that the water does not return to its neutral state, after the process is completed. For this purpose, for example, any fabric capable of flowing water, but for water with different properties it will be a septum. The electrodes are made of iron.
In addition to the oxidation-reduction properties described above, such water also acquires other properties. When water is processed with very short impulses of a millionth of a microsecond, water changes its structure and is enriched with melt water molecules. Also active free radicals, atomic oxygen and hydrogen, as well as the simplest amino acids, can appear to the water. The electro-hydraulic shock has a powerful source of ultrasound, which in turn also has an effect on water causing intense death of microorganisms in water. The same effect on microorganisms and ultraviolet and X-ray radiation from the discharge plasma. Studies have shown that the bactericidal action exerted on organisms in water in a direct discharge acts not only on the cells, but also on their parts and persists for a long time after discharge. And does not decrease with time. The discharge itself does not introduce any harmful changes to the liquid, except for the atom of the electrode material, which does not damage the final product.
