Labor Recognition: Consistency, commitment, learning and responsibility 🎖️... [ESP-ENG].

At the beginning of June I received via email an invitation to an event for the recognition of PDVSA workers, the invitation indicated that I would be decorated for my years of service to the company, this made me feel quite proud and like in a movie I remembered my beginnings in this job.
In the invitation they detailed the place, date and the clothes that should be worn to the event, so when the day arrived I went with my wife to enjoy together this great moment, when we arrived we found several friends who would also be decorated and we took several pictures.

Al entrar el evento las personas de protocolo nos indicaron los asientos, mi esposa quedó del lado de los familiares y yo con los condecorados, sin embargo la distancia era pequeña. El local estaba decorado muy bonito, habían banderas, flores y una pantalla gigante donde durante el trascurso del evento vimos videos de agradecimiento, informativos y de varios trabajadores pertenecientes a PDVSA. También había un ambiente musical muy cálido, una violinista que caminaba por todo el lugar tocando su instrumento, coros profesionales y la orquesta sinfónica del estado.

Upon entering the event, the protocol people showed us to our seats, my wife was next to the family members and I was with the awardees, however the distance was small. The place was beautifully decorated, there were flags, flowers and a giant screen where during the course of the event we saw videos of gratitude, informative and of several workers belonging to PDVSA. There was also a very warm musical atmosphere, a violinist who walked all over the place playing her instrument, professional choirs and the state symphony orchestra.

Luego de varias palabras y actos culturales empezó la entrega de los reconocimientos, iban llamando por años de servicio, primero los de 15 años, luego los de 10 años entre los cuales estaba yo, fue muy emocionante escuchar mi nombre y subir a recibir mi botón de reconocimiento, sinceramente este tipo de motivación es muy importante para todos los trabajadores porque nos incentiva a seguir dando lo mejor de nosotros en nuestro trabajo para crecer profesionalmente y a su vez para aportar nuestro grano de arena al desarrollo del país

Al terminar tuvimos un pequeño brindis y entre todos nuestros compañeros y familiares levantamos nuestra copa festejando por este exito y también agradeciendo a Dios por estos momentos tan especiales!

After several words and cultural acts began the delivery of the awards, they were calling for years of service, first those of 15 years, then those of 10 years among which was me, it was very exciting to hear my name and go up to receive my recognition button, sincerely this type of motivation is very important for all workers because it encourages us to continue giving the best of us in our work to grow professionally and in turn to contribute our grain of sand to the development of the country.
At the end we had a small toast and among all our colleagues and family members we raised our glass celebrating this success and also thanking God for these special moments!
