COMPLETED Task: Make the Ultimate Guide to Leo Power

Task context:

There are many posts out there that explain how does Leo Power works, but they just don't have enough information and cover the topic as deeply as LP actually goes. There a lot of information about LP scattered around the Leo ecosystem (leopedia, discord, leo finance posts, etc), but we haven't seen the Guide to kill all Guides on how Leo Power works.

Task description:

Create the ultimate Leo Power WRITTEN guide, make sure that if a newbie reads it they understand everything, and they don't need to ask any other question on discord. This guide will serve as the answer we will give when anyone asks what is Leo Power / How does LP work?

This written guide must have thorough explanations, background, context, tools to track LP, how to calculate vote draining, what's the best amount of voting power to have to maximize returns and pretty much cover everything around this topic (Leo Power, not Hive Power). Think of everything that anyone needs to know to fully understand Leo Power!

This guide must also be useful for the initiated on Leo, not only the newbs, so go full autistic there and make it the very best, most complete, ultimate Leo Power guide!
