¡Que hay, mi gente de Hive! Seguimos con los reportes de actifit 🚶‍♂️🥭🧹 Hoy el viernes tuvo un comienzo muy natural. Me levanté a eso de las 10:00 am y me dediqué a las tareas del patio: estuve tumbando y pelando mangos, y también bajé unos buenos ponsigués (Ziziphus mauritiana). Entre la cosecha y la limpieza de la casa, sumé una buena cantidad de movimiento antes de lo que sería una jornada intensa. La Prueba de la Determinación Al llegar a las barras por la noche, me encontré con que estaban limpiando y pintando el área. Aunque sé que el trabajo comunitario es importante, hoy era mi día de entrenamiento y mi determinación es absoluta. Decidí concentrarme en mi rutina a pesar de que algunos se molestaron un poco por no unirme a la limpieza en ese momento. Como siempre reflexiono, no doy seguridad de nada, pues lo único seguro es la desaparición de nuestra existencia física. Hoy aprendí que mantener la disciplina frente a la presión social es parte del entrenamiento mental que un atleta necesita. ¡A comer y a descansar! 💪🧠

Hey Hive people! We're back with more Actifit reports 🚶‍♂️🥭🧹 Today, Friday, got off to a very natural start. I woke up around 10:00 am and tackled some yard work: I was picking and peeling mangoes, and I also brought down some nice ponsigués (Ziziphus mauritiana). Between harvesting and cleaning the house, I got in a good amount of exercise before what would be an intense day. The Test of Determination When I got to the bars in the evening, I found they were cleaning and painting the area. Although I know community service is important, today was my workout day and my determination is absolute. I decided to focus on my routine even though some people were a little annoyed that I didn't join in the cleanup at that moment. As I always reflect, I can't guarantee anything, because the only certainty is the end of our physical existence. Today I learned that maintaining discipline in the face of social pressure is part of the mental training an athlete needs. Time to eat and rest! 💪🧠
