It is necessary to sleep with some of that time, but we could easy have measures of time spent on task with an upper universal limit. Both quality and quantity are necessary considerations. But measuring hours spent is a level playing field.
Social media is not the end all. Get off the computer and be social with the land. Find a place to touch the ground, lower your ground state vibration, and think about what you need to do what you need to do. Listen to your heart, and the cacophany of voices will sort themselves out. Detach from your work as the outcome of the work and reattach to the process of being. Track your time spent with bare feet on non-flattened ground.
