I believe that everybody who wants to start writing has a lot of thoughts and a strong desire to express something, but it doesn't mean you have to create nice or flawless works. All you have to do is feel what you write!
Once you sit down and start typing with a pen or a computer, whichever you are using.The next stage in writing is to reveal your works to a close person who you know will support you and offer you an honest review, Then pay attention to his facial expressions; they will tell you if your writing was enough or not, and this can be determined if he laughs, cries, or becomes furious!
I'll give you an example to demonstrate what I mean. Assume there is a little kid who wrote an imagined diaries for things he wants to do in the future and he believes that these things are terrible. If his parents see such writings, they will be angry because they will believe that he has already done these things. On the one hand, his anxiety makes him feel like he's not doing well, but on the other side, it shows his writing is excellent and believable!

Honestly, I won't tell you to start writing about a certain genre since you have to explore on your own; there are many other forms of writing you may start with, such as poetry, essays, or blogs; begin experimenting now till you discover the best type that matches your interest. It may take some time to make a decision, but on the bright side, you are developing your writing abilities by writing more and more.
Remind yourself that you are a good writer!
