If you have access to a "Players Group", the people who love doing stage plays, they will probably have someone who can do Stage Make-up.
A good one can do realistic wounds etc, which are better than pointing at a normal arm and telling the kid that it has a B big cut in it, fix it before the person bleeds to death.
I have seen some that can and do make Rugby players lose their lunch at the sight.
