One related comment, that is not addressed in your blog as a bit far from the topic, is about the choice for an agriculture company to move on with raising food for humans or for animals. The area on which resources can be grown being limited, such a choice is not always obvious. And obviously, cattle also takes some space. At the end of the day, finding an equilibrium and relying on (trustable) external resources is probably the most complicated part of the job, isn't it?
