At times like this when a lot of things are going wrong in Nigeria, when most things have been turned upside down, when everything seems not to be working right, there is need to look back and see where we must have gotten things wrong. The blame for his downturn of events should be placed at the doorsteps of those who have led and are leading the nation in governance. They have turned the whole nation upside-down. It is pertinent to note that education have not be left behind in the rot that is now the lot of Nigeria.
There is a need to instruct the students on how to be excellent in life and not fall down to the level of immortality they has become the lot of Nigeria. Can we lead the country and bring back the glorious years? It depends on how we are able to go back to our most cherished ways of doing things.
Corruption has eaten deep into the fabric of the country and it has permitted every sector of the nation. That's the reason we find the country not working.Protest here and there, strike LA in school and particularly those universities,cultism in schools,killings everywhere. And there are those who call themselves freedom fighters for some sections of the nation, who, rather than work for the improvement of lives in those areas ,have constituted a coffee in the wheel of progress, not only the nation, but of the people who they are allegedly fighting for. What should be the way forward for this country? It depends on how we collectively address the evil that has been visited on the nation by those who are expected to lead the way in making the nation great.
Everything is wrong with this nation. It is a systemic collapse. None of the leaders see anything good in the country again. They steal money here and there then invest it in another man's land, their children are not schooling here. They're ready to wreck havoc on the nation and bow out when the problem comes to a head.
