I'm also dependent with my phone because of my online gigs. I have so many apps installed, including earning apps, banking apps and games. It's useful tho, we don't need to visit establishments to pay our bills. Almost every transaction now is done online. However, whether we admit it or not, easy access to phones, especially those automatically connected with internet, can give negative impact to kids or younger generations. There are cases where these young minds are exposed to things which they must not see like you know, those things/shows which are not allowed for kids. Also, when mobile phones became popular, family bonding has lessened. Family members, especially the young ones, prefer to focus on their phones than to create face-to-face bonding with their families. This is a sad situation. But who are we to comment or correct? It's already part of the current norms. If I were to choose between living the life of the past without phones or living today's gadget-dependent world, I will still choose the simple life of the past, for as long as my life remains sustainable.
