This is a common sight on the highways of Ghana. A tro-tro or local bus that is packed ot the gills with people, piled high on top and often even sporting som goats on the roof or other livestock.
I took this from a car behind in 2011 when doing a trip around all the regions of Ghana. This was somewhere between Kumasi and Techiman I believe.
