OK...heres the deal. Go to Discord and talk VERY nicely to @logic on Steemcleaners discord channel. Ask them how to make amends and make an appeal. This is the only way to get off mackbot and cheetah blacklists.
Seriously, be nice to Logic....thats one scary Steemcleaner! Just be straight up with them.
