This update is a bug hunt for our gentle 
1- We didn't youch our wallet, but the completion % decreases, it was 0.04% recently and went down to 0.01%, this might make people think we take the money from the project, which is not the case.
2- We can create an update, and when we click finish, it says we have the wrong token. Maybe the token test should be run on the button to create an update, and not on the button to publish, or the contributor will loose time.

Now about the project
We are still waiting for the commodo/incommodo poll made by Philippeville. It should soon be finished and the permit normally will follow.
One the permit in our pocket, the most difficult part will start : the bank approach
Even if we already have a first contact with one bank, it will still be very difficult to please the bankers so they fund our house (loan) as our financial situation is not getting better (why would it)
And that the very reason why we need
remember, the amount seems enormous, but it's less than one steem per steemian to make it a reality :-)
