After celebrating Eidul Adha, we hang out at night. We have barbecue, or Sate Kambing. It is common for us to hang out on holidays.
Togetherness makes us feel closer. We play cards, smoke, and have some coffee. We talk a lot about things. All of us work, but on holidays, we spare our time to get social. We rarely go on vacation because most of our income is not enough. We just spend our free time together.
When we are together, we have fun. We can share a lot of stories. One of us sometimes serves snacks. The snacks are free. It is our social system. We know the name of us and even our children.
We care for our children when they are playing around our neighborhood. We will watch all the kids who are playing.
That is the life of low-level workers in our country. It is different when you visit high-class housing. You will not see people hanging around the neighborhood. After work, most of the inhabitants will enter their house and close the door. They sometimes do not know their next-door neighbors.
There are two classes of society. They are high-class, low-class, and mid-class societies. I live in a low- and middle-class society. The characters of the people here are friendly and polite. They like talking and getting social. That is the difference.
