Agree, with the idea. In Dash there is LLMQ - Long Living Masternodes Quorum. It is a kind of forum for masternodes owners that have high loyalty to the network. The communication is encoded. Once there is a new proposal to improve dash the message will be sent instantly to the LLMQ. When LLMQ votes for the proposal, the nodes will roll to the new apps that the proposal sent. However, when there is an issue that the new apps will threaten the network, LLMQ will send messages instantly to roll back to the old nodes. That is why Dash hardfork is almost impossible.
