Today we will discuss D Dorian which would be the second mode from C Ionian. The intervals in D Dorian from the perspective of the key of C would be 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 1, 2. If we utilize the fourth perspective which will be discussed in future lessons, the intervals would be 1, 2, b3, 4, 5, 6, b7, 1.

This video assesses D Dorian from three other perspectives first as discussed above, the interval perspective from the key of C. The third perspective would be fingering at a recommended position. The fourth would just be the frets on different streems with the octives differentiated, a fifth perspective might not make a differentiation.
