We spend a good amount of time on our computers and mobiles in fact most of our day is spent on these devices. Today I want to share a few simple tips that can save you a lot of time and take away a lot of frustrations while working.
Just imagine how many times we use ctrl+c (copy) and ctrl+v (paste) it’s such an important feature that we use all the time but the problem with ctrl+c and ctrl+v is it just saves one copy. what if we want to copy something which we copied some time back for that we must again select that text and use copy option
I want to start with my personal favorite way:
One: ) clipboard Application
There is a fantastic tool called Ditto it’s a clipboard application It saves each item placed on the clipboard allowing you access to any of those items at a later time. Ditto allows you to save any type of information that can be put on the clipboard, text, images, HTML, custom formats. and it will save you a lot of time

This is how it looks, it saves all the copy that you have done
After downloading go to options and set Maximum Number of saved Copies and Paste Entries Expire after as shown in the screen shot
Two:) Open a tab which you closed accidently
Windows : ctrl + Shift + T
Mac : Command + Shift +T
Three:) Save a web page as a PDF
If you want to save any webpage as PDF then this option will be very beneficial for you.
Chrome browser has this feature, open any webpage in chrome and if you want to save that page press ctrl+P
Four:) Google advance search
If you are not getting desired search outcome with a normal google search you can try advance google search.

Five :) Save Facebook post and videos
Click on save option, it will save the video or post for you, you can go to saved option to find the saved video or post
Six :) Send email using Facebook
Suppose you want to send an email to someone but you don’t have their email id, in this case if you have someone’s username then you can send an email to [email protected]
Facebook will send an email to the email address linked to user’s account
Seven :) Archieve.org: http://web.archive.org
This is a fantastic website to see how a site looked like 10 years ago or suppose you made changes to your website page and you want to see how it looked before. you can go to this site and see how it looked before the changes were made.
Eight : Pin to taskbar and Book marking a website, Alt+Tab to switch between applications and windows + L to lock your computer
