Why sharing Ongoing Learning is important?
What is Ongoing Learning?
Ongoing learning is acquiring wisdom & proficiency to expand your intelligence and develop future possibilities.
People are not lacking in knowledge everyone is knowledgeable but due to they are not learning continuously in their area of interest, will remain where they are.
Their proficiencies are decreasing in valuation.
Ongoing learning is equally important for our mind as food & water is important for our body.
Though we get foods from different sources but still most of us keep seeking the best nutrition fit for our body and we are ready to pay for the same.
In the same way for our ongoing learning, we keep seeking the best sources to get updated, to remain relevant.
& There are many networking platforms where we do such practices.
Now questions come; are we becoming updated and relevant in our area of interest?
To some extent, Yes!
But in the broader context No!
Because to be updated and relevant we must include the learning from the ongoing learning journeys of like-minded people.
In the few cases learning from ongoing learning journeys is one-sided practice, people learn from others but don’t share their ongoing learning.
So gradually the learning process gets slower and slower on that platform
& because we don’t pay any cost, we don’t get the relevant ongoing learning.
Which COST?
That COST is sharing our ongoing learning experiences equally as we expect to learn from others which will help in creating an ecosystem where every like-minded people will be becoming relevant and updated in their area of interest by learning from others ongoing learning journeys & vice-versa.
Then it could be the best fit for our ongoing learning, then the probability of becoming relevant and updated in our area of interest increases.
In this 21st century, we can’t even imagine life without relevant ongoing learning.
We all do understand that change is the only constant thing and our belief is, the best way to deal with this change is relevant ongoing learning with help of the Network.
We have realised some benefits which should be the reason to never stop sharing our ongoing learning:
