Flipping through my list of pending anime, I decided to take a look at one that I read about more than once within this community.
On this occasion I would like to talk about Bartender: Kami no Glass. A series with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Which becomes an ideal choice after having seen something frenetic like Solo Leveling.

I have to say that I instantly liked the main character. His calm, kind and gentle personality, I liked him a lot. Added to the great perception and intuition he has when it comes to serving customers.
The plot is simple. Our protagonist is an employee of a secluded bar called Eden Hall located at the bottom of the Ginza district in central Tokyo. Where he is dedicated to serving drinks and providing an almost mystical experience. Through deduction and empathy, he manages to serve you the exact cocktail you need at that precise moment. Metaphorically speaking, he knows how to read the soul of his customers.

As I said before, the plot is simple, but very effective. I really liked the way the different stories are being presented and how it manages to relate to the right drink. It works very well and manages to grab you.

As for the audiovisual aspects, I think they were fine. The calm and peaceful music is in keeping with the tone of the series. The animation is very nice. I really liked how detailed some of the shots were. Basically, I think these aspects were correct.
Speaking of its opening, I think it's decent. It's not something that drives me crazy or makes me do cartwheels in the air, but it delivered.
In conclusion, I liked this series and I'm going to finish it, without any doubt. Even though it's simple, it managed to grab me. Besides, I consider it an ideal choice after something like Solo Leveling. After watching something full of action and fantasy, it's ideal to go for something calm and realistic. To generate a certain contrast. Not everything has to be supernatural and spectacular 🤣
Personally, I recommend it. I think it is totally worth it. It's entertaining, enjoyable and quiet. And best of all, it's a short series. Something that I really appreciate. Since I don't like to spend so much time on a series. That's why it's so hard for me to continue with One Piece 😅.
