Some neighbors spent the morning dressing a female mannequin in a white dress and placing a similarly dressed doll in her arms. That street is called Black Street, and now the mannequin is known as the Black Street Reaper. Many people who are unaware of this prank have already been frightened. So it was a different way to spend the morning.
