Hello, how are you? I've been practicing portrait specially human portraits, because I've been so scared to accept commissions with human portraits in it and I only accepted pet portraits before and I guess when christmas season, a lot of people like to commission for gift to their love once.

And I've been painting a lot for me to use as a sample of what portrait I am going to do, and to be honest, if I don't start it, how am I going to improve? When I decided to do a pet portrait commission, I wasn't good at it. The moment people commissioned me, I started to notice I was improving, so maybe next month I'll do it again, and I hope it goes well.

This reference is one of my mom's photos from when we had a vacation in Baguio, and I really like it, so I used it as my reference for my painting today.

Materials I Used:

  • Watercolor Paper
  • Watercolor Paint
  • Paintbrush
  • Bottle Of Water
  • White Pen
  • Pallete
  • Tissue
  • Pencil
  • Eraser
