I'm not great at making the traditional rolled cabbage rolls so I don't know the best process. I would think that the cabbage would need to be steamed though in order to roll them. The leaves might be too stiff to roll otherwise. 🤔

I'm sure there are different ways of doing them though. Whatever works!
