This sounds like the Healthcare system in Canada, in Ontario anyway. The frustrating thing is that ours could be very good but currently the conservative government is sabotaging our healthcare system and trying to force privatization. They are essentially defunding it by not spending the transfer funding that the federal government is allotting them, so everything gets worse so that people think that privatization is the only answer. They called a vote on it a few years ago asking if the public wanting private system and obviously no one did. I work in the hospital so I see the effects daily. The other annoying thing is that most people who complain here blame the Federal government and I have to keep correcting them by pointing out that Healthcare is provincial and the Ministry of Health is the Conservative government... people complain constantly and I'm just to the point where its like, "yeah well take it up with Doug Ford we just follow his plan here."
