It was a good book for my taste. 12 is a good amount I think. Ive been reading a lot of shorter books so Ive read way more than I was expecting to. Ive moved my goal up to 20-24 books for the year with an average of 250 pages/book overall. That way the few 600-800 page books will balance out the 80-120 page ones.

Realistically, the amount doesn't matter. Any amount of reading is good in my opinion. But having a goal does help push me to read more.
