The sub categories are interesting. I had to think about where I would fall under. I think the barista and coast categories are most appealing to me. I would get bored if I stopped too early and I know that boredom leads to more spending, which is counter productive to the FIRE approaches. There are positions at my current job that are 3 days per week though. That would be ideal for me, to transition to one of those later in life as a sort of soft retirement.
