It was a fun weekend at Villa Antonina Resort at San Fernando Pampanga with my colleagues last Saturday and Sunday. Though we are working as home-based agents we managed to plan an out of town team bonding activity. It was actually the first time that I personally met my colleagues.

The place is very lovely and the design of the villas are amazing. It is very clean and villas have complete facilities with cozy rooms, veranda, kitchen, and activity area. And the villas are also near the pools which makes it convenient for parents to watch their kids while swimming.

We had videoke until midnight and the food were all delicious though most are high in cholesterol still it was the best. :)

The place give you a romantic ambiance especially at night time where you'll see the awesome lights that accentuate the villas and the underwater lights that change from blue to green.

It is always nice and fun to meet people personally especially if you only talk to them through chat most since I am working from home. They might not be how I imagined them to be but the best part of this meet up is the relationship and the friendship the was developed. Team bonding activities also improve workplace projects that involve teamwork. And after completing team bonding activities together, employees better understand each other's strengths, weaknesses, and interests. This understanding helps us work even better together on future progress vital to a company with my colleagues.
