Incoming: LP Incentives in Early April

We're holding off on additional LP rewards right now — we have rewards for 4 pools due for renewal in March and that's the short term priority.

But come early April, once those are locked in, we'll layer in LEO rewards on the HSBIDAO pool to accelerate liquidity.

This is a long-term play, not a quick flip.
