Hello Dbuzzers! In a country with so many shortages and necessities not covered, one of them is water. It is pumped to some neighborhoods at certain times. It has a schedule but, it might not be respected. In the picture of my post, this is a curb and gutter in the street, when there is water flowing down, in this case slope, neighbors know soon they'll have water in their houses. As you see it is totally dried so no water at this moment.
