Hello everyone, hope you are having a good day.
One of the SPLINTER BITES says something along the lines of you need not kill every monster on the opposing team to win a battle, you can win by outlasting the enemy team.
I just had a battle which is the perfect example to prove this saying. It was a 46 mana battle with Noxious Fumes and Melee Mayhem as the battle rules. It was a challenging combination and I went for Yodin Zaku, one of my favourite summoners, as the summoner.
The rest of the team comprised of :
- Molten Ogre - as the tank
- Spirit Miner
- Fineas rage
- Creeping Ooze
- Mantoid
- Cornealus - my first time using this monster
It might not have been the best combination...
The enemy went for an Earth Summoner -Wizard of Eastwood.
The rest of his/her lineup was :
- Stone Golem
- Stonesplitter Orc
- Goblin Mech - I still don't have this card 😬
- Unicorn Mustang
- Spirit Miner
- Spirit Shaman
I thought this was a much better line up than mine but I was counting on the blast ability of my summoner coupled with the heal ability of Cornealus to amount to something.
How did it go?

It was a surprising win for me! The key here was the heal ability of Cornealus I guess. I would love to hear your thoughts on the battle, lineup and anything I should be doing different. Thank you for reading.
