Today we lay King Mihai I to rest.
11 days ago, Mihai the First, the King of Romania has closed the eyes and took his soul to eternity.
I have never knew this state as a monarchy, I have never knew Romania to have such a dignified leader in my life and sadly, most probably will never do. But I only want to say some words, since the King's death meant a lot more to me than I've expected.
Your Majesty, you have been the only true leader this country has known in almost 100 years. May your last trip between your people be paved with your kindness. Open the eyes of these people and teach them to be good, sincere and how to fight for what's rightfully theirs.
Please take my true love and respect with you on your eternal stay in Heaven.
